I'll Never Be Free. was looking forward to have it on cd but this issue must of have been copy straight from an old and not so good lp, the sound is not best. 3. Digitally re-mastered reissue of the '50s singing sensation's album. Whilst Johnnie Ray enjoyed considerable success with the coming of Rock 'N' Roll, he never lost his Jazz and Blues influence. It played a major part in the selection of material, with Johnnie invariable offering an almost R&B tinge to his recordings/5(3).

7. JOHNNIE RAY The Big Beat (Rare Autographed Brazilian track debut 'Microgroove' vinyl LP on the deep groove Columbia label, unique front pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve is in good condition with some minor wear mostly to the edges with some seam split, and the vinyl is very good with some noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
